We aim to source responsibly and wherever possible promote sustainable sources. We work closely both with our local and national suppliers to develop and market sustainable alternatives. We can offer line caught tuna, cod, bass and haddock, rope grown mussels, hand dived scallops and creel caught langoustines. We also receive landings from day boats, weather permitting. An increasing portfolio of well managed sustainable fish farms throughout the UK provides us with organic halibut, salmon, sea trout and sea bass from Scotland to Anglesey.

We source products within UK and International regulatory guidelines, whilst maintaining our commitment to actively promote greater variety and under-utilised species.
